Production typically takes approximately 7 business days before shipment. Production timelines may vary depending on the design and order volume.

Fulfillment & Delivery

Orders placed through the broker portal will be fulfilled by Apex Diamond Company.

Brokers may choose:

  • Direct-to-customer shipping (concierge fulfillment), or

  • Shipment to themselves

All shipments are sent via secure carriers and are fully insured for delivery.

Shipping Cost

Shipping within the United States is complimentary.

Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping or special delivery requests.

Tracking & Delivery

Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

For security purposes, shipments may require a signature upon delivery.

Risk & Responsibility

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
