All Apex Diamond Company jewelry is crafted to order using premium lab-grown diamonds and precious metals.
Because each piece is produced specifically for each order, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been submitted for production.
Broker Responsibility
Brokers are responsible for:
Confirming all order details before submission
Communicating accurate specifications and expectations to their customers
Apex Diamond Company is not responsible for errors made by the broker, including:
Incorrect sizing
Incorrect specifications
Customer preference changes after order placement
Apex Diamond Co. is not responsible for broker profit margins, refunds issued to end customers, or resale outcomes.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, the broker must notify Apex Diamond Company within 48 hours of delivery.
In the event of a confirmed:
Manufacturing defect
Shipping damage
We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repair or replacement.
Order Changes & Cancellations
All jewelry is made to order, and production begins shortly after an order is placed.
As a result:
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun
Requests submitted after order confirmation are not guaranteed
End Customer Returns
Apex Diamond Co. does not handle returns or exchanges with end customers.
All customer-facing policies and disputes are the responsibility of the broker.
