How does the broker program work?

You purchase jewelry at wholesale pricing and resell to your customers at your own price. Apex handles production and fulfillment.

Do I need to hold inventory?

Having a selection of jewelry to show clients can help build trust and significantly improve conversion rates.

However, direct inventory purchases are not required.

Can you ship directly to my customer?

Yes. We offer concierge fulfillment and can ship directly to your customer or to you.

How long does production take?

Production typically takes approximately 7 business days before shipment.

Can I set my own pricing?

Yes. You have full control over your retail pricing and margins.

Are returns or exchanges allowed?

No. All pieces are made to order and all sales are final.

What happens if there is an issue with an order?

If there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or shipping damage, our team will work with you to resolve it.

Do you provide product images and materials?

Yes. Brokers receive access to product images and resources for marketing.

What happens if I cancel my membership?

Your access to the broker portal and wholesale pricing will be removed.

Who handles customer communication?

You manage your customer relationship. Apex handles production and fulfillment.
